Jessica and Butch do a deep dive into the concept of "leisure" and specifically the book by Josef Pieper, "Leisure: the Basis of Culture" which came out in 1947 in Germany... a rather counterintuitive approach considering the close of a generation or two of war. Pieper (and we to the best we are able) distinguish between leisure and "idleness"...And we talk about committing to a more intentional lifestyle, and the rule for the week is: "Pursue leisure for leisure's sake..."
