Pausing today in remembrance of all those that have fallen in the wars and not only our two legged brothers and sisters, but the animals that served beside them. In times of war and certainly in times such as we are currently experiencing, animals as emotional support should not be undervalued or underestimated.

Animals have a huge part to play and can help in so many ways to help and support their human companions from as simple as the old barn cat being happy for a bit of milk, tot the farmers best cow being first at the gate, to seeing eye dogs, and service animals helping with alerting for medical conditions to PTSD.
