What is personal development anyway, and why do we need it? Like many other teachers, I had a rocky start to my journey and had to learn (and am still learning!) many lessons the hard way. What I am certain of, is that personal development - the pursuit of your expanding full potential - is the absolute key to success in teaching and life. It is what keeps us going through the hard times and what enables us to be the best role model we can be to others.
