2020, for me, was a great year. I started this podcast alongside a YouTube channel. Managed to get my first paying customer for one of my software products. Validated and built a mobile app around a hobby of mine, published it to the app stores, in less than 6 months. As well as getting market validation for another SaaS product that has been 2+ years in the making.

I also learned a lot, taking on a 30-day funnel building challenge in May. Undertook a few courses on uDemy and read loads of books, some more than once. As well as built up a network of like-minded people who have helped me massively throughout 2020.

As you can see I had a lot going on. All this on top of working a traditional 9-5 4 days a week and having a life. I've not gotten to where I want to be.

The missing piece of the jigsaw for me could be that I lack the ability to focus on one thing. This is what this episode is about. How I came to the conclusion that I need to focus on one thing for a sustained period of time and what my plan of attack is to help me get to a point to be able to focus on a single project.
