Don't believe the rumors, Youngsters. We didn't record this episode for Pepsi, Coke, Miller or Bud. This pod's for you. Not gonna lie, there's A LOT of tangents in this one. We get sidetracked quite a bit. Mike whipped up some delicious Blue Notes and we went down quite a few side roads: the archives, The Band, Eric Clapton, Christian Ska Music. You know, the usual. We did talk about the album, though, I swear. Luke brought up the video for the title song. Russ really loved Twilight. Mike thought Coupe DeVille was perfect. We dip our feet into the Live from the Blue Note album just a tiny bit. We talk about the temptations of corporate sponsorship and how different genres use horns. All in all, it was a blast.
