Tom Higham (@tomhigham) is a creative director and producer who works with artists, developers, designers, arts organisations and policy makers all over the world to produce ambitious artworks and creative projects.

He is currently creative director of York Mediale, a brand new biennial arts festival which will bring world premiere commissions from leading artists to the city.
