How often do you accomplish something, then immediately wonder, “Now what?” It’s a common occurrence for my friend, Eric Recker. And in this episode he shares the importance of asking ourselves why we’re doing it in the first place.
Eric first joined us in Episode 26, where we talked about burnout, perfectionism, and the importance of selflessness.
In this episode, Eric talks about his most recent challenge, climbing Snowbasin 13 times in 36 hours. Totaling 29,029 feet, it’s the equivalent of climbing Mt. Everest.
Eric is a dentist, success coach, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator on performance & burnout, two-time author, recovering triathlete (who’s really just doing other crazy stuff instead), husband, and dad.
Eric’s life took an unexpected turn when he was faced with a near-death experience due to a rare medical condition, a sobering moment that forced him to confront his priorities & reassess his approach to life. Now, he strives to support individuals & teams in achieving their goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
In this episode, Eric & I discuss:
