A man is South Africa is arrested, along with his girlfriend, as he attempts to smuggle her during COVID-19 lock downs. Wildlife is enjoying all this people-free time in Yosemite. In France, the first wolf in 100 years has been spotted in Normandy during the lock down. Clovis police have announced a pilot program of "drone first responders." A Fresno County health officer quoted as saying "I think we will be on track" for Fresno reopening May 7th. RIP Darrin Arriens.
