Over the last couple years, my confidence and self-worth has taken a little bit of a hit. A lot because of my profession a lot because of putting myself out there in a very vulnerable way with music and podcasting. And i rate my self-worth on what others think of me. So when there is a, huge lack of support when you are putting your heart and soul into something or lack of recognition. My belief in myself goes down. So I am trying to work on those issues.
