Are you stressing the holidays since in the past its been terrible or negative and not festive at all?

Are you ready to step into the creative role and start making significant changes in the outcome of your day/life/holidays?

Grab your journal and get ready to take notes about bringing the change you want to see.

Here are the steps

1. Go inward and assess how you are feeling. You can use the 1-10 scale if needed
2. Ask yourself what would it take to move up one number. Or if you are at a higher number ask “What would it take to stay here as long as possible?”
3. Then do that thing mentioned in step 2.
4. If you are ready to get really creative… Then have short conversations using those emotional words like. Excitement, amazing, awesome. Etc. and watch your emotional state change and raise.
5. Then from there talk about the thing you want to change. “Wouldn’t it be amazing if our Christmas was totally blissful this year?”
6. Keep working in that creative space and not let the physical world deter you from the energetic change to take place.
