We talk about how at 17 years old she pursued her love of music and Hip Hop by signing with an independent record label. She shares about how she's done practically everything! We talk about the craziness of fixing things real time. Rae shares some of the amazing lessons she's learned along the way, like her being aware that as a leader she can be calm and unflappable, especially as events are not for the faint of heart.
