Day 15 of #29DaysofMagic! I am super excited to have Erika Williams, Manager, Partnership Activations, Tradeshows & Events, she has such an amazing story I am super excited to share it with you all! She started her career out at a record label! She talks about her time on tour with a certain rapper where she had great learning opportunities. Erika shares the importance of listening because you can learn from everyone from the janitor to the CEO. We talk about how flexibility is so so important for experiences and how you must be prepared and be resilient.
Erika would like to share these 5 things.
1. Network - Make sure people can advocate for you when you are not in the room.
2. Never Stop Learning!
3. Make sure to give back
4. Hustle - Don't be afraid to go after even the little things
5. Be authentic, be yourself
And by doing these things you know and show your worth.
