Today is the 29th Sunday in Ordinary Time and we are directed to consider just how we ought to persevere in the faith and believe. for we are given a few pictures of perseverance. We have Moses holding his hands up, in prayer/praise. We have Timothy preaching always, in every situation. And we have a widow pleading for justice.
