2.A.ii. Litigation Training #s25 SHRC1 Judgment - Right to Land

Listen Later

Igama lamakhosikazi malibongwe.

Our second annual SABWiL Human Rights Court lauds the entrenched Right to Land, section 25 of our South African Constitution, Act No. 108 of 1996. Our training court commemorates the signing of this supreme law into being on 10 December 1996 in Sharpeville, Soweto by the late Tata Madiba, Nelson Mandela.  Aspiring litigators prepare heads of argument and appear to address our Justices who are seasoned in law practice.  Do peruse the court papers filed at www.sabwil.org.za at our SHRC tab at #s25 for a deep dive.   We ran two courts simultaneously on the Right to Land. This podcast for the first court is also accessible visually on SABWiL YouTube.
