When the pressures of life have consumed you and you are at the end of your road. You have done and been there for every one who is there for you.

People like you take your kindness for granted not realizing it will come back to bite you. You can’t use or miss use people and think it’s okay.

Aint it funny how people don't like you for no reason. Sometimes they don't like you because of other people. Sometimes its because of your achievements. Neither here nor there be who you are it doesn't matter whether they like you or not.

If he loves you like he say he does then love is a action word not just verbal. We can’t continue to settle we deserve more. We should not have to ask when someone say they care.

1. ​As you reach the age of 65 it can be challenging. This is not because of the age but it because they start to see you more of a liability than an asset. Don’t you know they didn’t think we would live this long and that’s sad.

Sometimes we revisit an old relationship and try to rekindle what you had. It nothing wrong with it but make sure you have the hard conversations that’s needed for a healthy relationship. Don’t go back in assuming get clarity.

We were suppose to be friends but I guess we were not that is what she told me. Isn’t that funny you can be a friend to people and they are not a friend to you. Listen carefully.

Life challenges can be very heavy and stressful. All the time you are not prepared for it. It is hard to digest and trying to figure out your next move all on your own

We have sold out our morals and value. We ask for things that we don’t bring to the table. Lost respect for ourselves

Talking about how your body changes when you least expect it to
