2CGMH – Black Fatherhood: A Father's Day Special - It's hard to strive to be something you cannot see or have an example of. The importance of great leadership could never be more apparent! Fatherhood, is both very rewarding and frightening. Being Black, a father, and wanting to be a great leader can be a difficult challenge at times and seem impossible. But we know that's a lie because we have many great examples of father figures in our lives. In this episode Al, P-Wil, and WB explore father figures, and how they have helped shaped their journey in life.
