Today, I want to encourage you to stay in the fight.  There are so many of you out there that are working on that side hustle, starting a new career or hobby, working toward a new position in the company you are at, whatever you might be doing.  And, as many of you that are grinding it out, there are just as many of you that are growing weary and tired of what it takes to make your dreams a reality.

The fact is… and you’ve heard this before… if it were easy, everyone would do it.
