We discussed the purpose behind the event and mentioned the amazing restaurants who are participating (who were registered by 8/25)! In some cases, we know the specials that will be featured, so we talked a bit of that as well. ??

The folks behind our restaurants are very busy with feeding Bellingham, but we managed to pin down the owners of two of our all-vegan eateries - - @sconegrown & @satm360 for a fun interview where we got to learn more about them!
