Twenty years later, he’s been a firefighter, run a company, was a contract trainer & climber, has published in ISA and TCIA publications, authored books, and the list keeps going. He’s currently a Safety Consultant for Davey, and now he’s sitting with guys. Today’s Beer: Old Caz Brewery, Rohnert Park, CA 

Old Caz gets its name from Old Cazadero Road, a downright Jurassic path in West Sonoma County. This road connects the two former logging towns of Guerneville and Cazadero which still retain much of their wild, pioneering character. After countless hours spent driving and riding roads like Old Caz, they have gained almost mythical status. There is a deep sense of wonder here and the mission of the creators is to live up to what they consider to be the greatest place on Earth: Sonoma County
