Three Scriptures that capture why we should give thanks to GOD at all times.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Ephesians 5:20 ESV

Giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Psalm 136:26 ESV

Give thanks to the God of heaven, for his steadfast love endures forever.

We cannot and should not just express our thanks in lip service but real service. Nor should we just set aside one day for Thanksgiving. Neighbors. we should express thankfulness to each other too. But we must give honor, praise and thanksgiving to GOD even more so because HE is due it.
