As we know, there are first for everything we do. First friendships and first relationships can be some of the most amazing times in your life. I just want to emphasize that sometimes those firsts don't last forever and that is okay. Cherish every moment you have but make sure to leave space for new ones. 

Sometimes it might be difficult to distinguish between temporary or forever friendships and relationships. It is so important to always keep your best interest at heart when going through rough times. 

Self love. The most important thing to have for yourself, for forever. I want to tell you why and how you can and should maintain that self love. 

Finding yourself and figuring out who you truly want to be in life is so important for your well being and growth. In this episode I talk about what comes out of finding yourself as well as the process that could help you do just that.
