Former 2x All-American wrestler Conrad Polz joins Sudden History to talk about his wrestling career, as well as his current career, lead vocalist for The Band Avon Dale. Polz talks about battling injuries and his own confidence during his first few seasons in Champaign, before finding his way onto the NCAA podium his final two years.
