Relationships (healthy ones)

Meaning

Accomplishments

But there is more to do to maximize the effects of these factors in your life and that’s what I”m talking about today. 

  1. You need to cultivate optimism
  2. Exercise
  3. Good nutrition
  4. Good sleep

Do that along with PERMA and you will be as joyful, well-adjusted and resilient as can be!
