This Sunday we’ll be hearing about Abraham and the unthinkable command that God gave to him to sacrifice his only son, Isaac. As Abraham, by faith, trusted God and obeyed what He commanded him, God stopped Abraham from actually killing his son, this act of faith became the foundation from which faith is talked about throughout the rest of Scripture. How does that continue to speak into our lives yet today? We continue our Lenten series, Honest Repentance, looking at how faith is such an integral component to living lives of honest repentance.
