Victoria "Bombs Away" Nuland was the mother superior of the regime change in Ukraine when the Euromaidan was launched in 2014, but she was far from alone. For Nuland and her husband, Robert Kagan, regime changes and first strike tactics is a family affair, from Robert's father, Donald, a longtime professor of history and war at Yale (and well paid think tank advisor), to his brother Frederick, who along with Frederick's wife (Kimberly) either teach about war and strategy directly at places like West Point or serve in any number of advisory capacities in think tanks, NGOs and even non-profits.  For the Kagan's war is a family business and we begin to pull back the curtain on them and the Neocon cult in general.
