You must believe and accept God’s love. The recipients of his love are those who believe. The Bible says “whosoever believes.” Whosoever means anyone. The grace of God is available to anyone and everyone. But there is a condition. You must believe. To believe means to trust in, to have faith in, to be fully convince of, to acknowledge. It expresses reliance upon and a personal trust that produce obedience. It also includes submission and a positive confession of the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
