Episode Summary: 

On today's episode Katie is recording from Yerevan, Armenia after running the Yerevan Half Marathon.  She sits down with a local Armenian woman as her co-host for the day. They talk about tourism in Armenia before we hear an interview from Katie's friend, Vladimir Ionescu.  

Vladi was born in Romania, raised in Italy, and now lives in Germany.  We hear from him about his trip to Vienna to watch the Ineos 1:59 Challenge before chatting with him about his experiences running internationally. Vladi talks about marathons in Iceland and Spain, plus his quest to get into the Guinness Book of World Records.
