The murder of Charlie Kirk has left America reeling. The response has been polarizing – and in many cases – has only deepened the divide between us.
This week I'm joined by Christina Blacken, a behavior change expert and founder of The New Quo, for a conversation about three beliefs that are keeping all of us stuck - arguing within ourselves and with others, unable to connect and feeling totally powerless in the face of the divide.
Rather than remain silent and fearful, Christina and I speak openly about our response and how you can find inner groundedness and wisdom even when you’re triggered, fearful, or unsure what to do/say.
This is about learning to show up for yourself no matter what the world looks like – having your own back and building from your values, even when others don’t reciprocate or align.
Living this way is not for the faint of heart. But it’s also the key to inner freedom and deeper connection – especially with those who don’t share your same beliefs.
