Beth Kinchlea was the Manager of Training and Development at the London (ON) Public Library for 20 years and worked there for 45 years in total. We discuss homeschooling, and then we delve into the thought frameworks. I loved Beth's insights on these and she helped me build better perspectives on how to use these moving forward.
