Carlos Kennedy-Lopez will be the head bartender of the soon-to-open bar Lolita in midtown Manhattan. Carlos currently works at another program run by the same group, Valerie.

Olivia Stewart is the President of Oxbow Rum, which sources its sugarcane from fields that Olivia’s farm has had since 1859.
