In this episode, I sit down with Christa Fratantoni (@ChristaFrat) to discuss how the practice of yoga shaped both her personal and professional life, how allowing things to unfold led her to discovering her dream job, and why bumps in the road are actually blessings.
In 2015, Christa earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification after falling in love with the mental and physical challenges that the practice offers. In her classes, you can expect energizing playlists, lots of flows, and challenging but accessible movements with an emphasis on mindfulness.
She has invested over 1,000 hours teaching classes and leading teacher trainings since receiving her first certification, and it is now her unwavering goal to make the principles and practice of yoga easy for her students to understand and apply both on and off the mat.
And when she's not teaching or taking a class you can find her out on a hiking trail adventuring or getting creative for her graphic design business.
We cover a lot of topics in this episode and I’m very excited to share it with you today!
Please Enjoy!
