Have you ever found it difficult coping with the loss of a loved one? Well, that’s exactly what we’re going to help you with on this week’s show. You’ll get to hear from Coach Ingrid Cornelissen who is a Loss and Change support coach. She uses a combination of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and meditation to help her clients through the process of grief.  Coach Ingrid is also certified in Life Coaching as well as Emotional Intelligence. Her fluency in Dutch, English and Spanish has allowed her to support clients in these communities.
