'Quality is a team responsibility', it's been repeated time and time. Yet, as a Product Owner, I spend way too much time talking about 'Functionality'. Sure, there's the occasional acceptance criteria that describe some rudimentary performance criteria or a security-related story in my backlog.

In this meetup, I'd love to demonstrate a technique called RiskStorming and discuss with you what we can do in our respective roles to improve quality overall... more importantly, do this in a methodical and strategic way.
