In this episode, we travel to Fort Collins, Colorado in the USA to meet Russ Cole. Russ describes his life in cycling in this incredible part of the world, from the flat plains to the high Rocky Mountains. He shares his experience of riding in the high mountains including the road to the top of Mount Evans which tops out at 14,264ft (4348m) - not bad for a 62year old! We'll be heading over there to follow his example just as soon as we can.
