I just realised that as a Black woman, I've heard more South African Black men losing their lives in the past few years than ever before. Whether it's of circumstances out of their control or of them ending their own futures, as it gets closer and closer to home, passion for the Black community means we should evaluate the role of depression in the life of a Black man. Does it exist? What does it look like? How do we heal it? Where do we start? Well here's an attempt at gaining some ground on the subject. Black boy joy for the win!
