The 3 Dimensional Dads are finally back! After a long break (blame a new baby, a new knee, and, well, life), Jay, Derrick, and Ian check in from the movie theater parking lot and dive straight into Predator: Badlands!

Is it a total departure from everything you know about the franchise? Yes. Was the Predator the main character? Yep. Did the guys love the new, humorous, and sometimes PG-13 approach (looking at you, white-blood synth-robots)? You bet! The Dads discuss the film's bold new direction, its clever world-building connections to the wider Alien universe, and why it's getting franchising right where other franchises (cough, Star Wars, cough) are getting it wrong. Plus, they pitch a Xenomorph sitcom!
