Gaining control over your nutrition lifestyle is not rocket science and you do not have to hate it. It doesn't take much to eat right to achieve your goals for your body and health. The biggest advice, aside from the 3 tips I share within this episode, is to listen & analyze your body. If certain veggies make you feel bloated then stay away from those veggies. When you find certain foods that help you feel better, perform better, and look better, keep those in mind and keep control over your body.
