In honor of AAPI heritage month in May and in light of increasing hate crimes against Asians, Sarah reflects on her identity as an Asian-American female in today's world and in her own community. She confesses, with vulnerability and honesty, that the journey to embracing her family's culture has not been the easiest in her environment but has empowered her to seek belonging and social change today. She challenges herself and listeners to learn about, listen to, and love all people better.
