Before we talk about each Human Design Type and what makes them so special at leading circles, we need to talk about the three essential skills EVERY circle leader needs and why they are so important.

1. Intention - this is where it all begins, ask yourself “What do I want to feel?”
   
   
2. Presence - During Circle, your body will speak to you & guide you, use your breath to come back to presence
   
   
3. Permission - YOU create permission by going there first, the Circle will only go as deep as you are willing to go yourself
