Paying homage to the great Lauryn Hill (for obvious reasons and ones mentioned in this episode), my vibe for this podcast rises from the lines in her song "Everything is Everything" - "I wrote these words for everyone who struggles in their youth . . . I philosophy, possibly speak in tongues . . . change, it comes eventually." I start this podcast with a discussion of popular culture developments and then move into the heavier things in life. I reflect on - and react to - an episode of my daughters' podcast - 20 in the 20's, and then talk about some of the current scholarly work that I'm doing as well as some personal development items from my vision board.
