In this episode I'll be going deeper into one of my instagram posts "How to find your soul goals".
You'll learn the difference between "normal" goals - I used to set, too - and end goals or soul goals.

Soul goals are the ones that will light the fire within yourself.  They are already planted in your heart and soul!

I found my soul goals when I read the book "The code of the extraordinary mind" from Vishen Lakhiani who is the founder of "Mindvalley".

I'll be reading his definition of end goals, talk about the "3 most important questions" and the 12 areas of balance.
You can read about this in his book and I highly recommend, reading it.

I'll also share a few of my end goals/ soul goals, my spiritual awakening and how I gained clarity about my future vision and purposes.

1. What experiences do you want to have in this lifetime?
Experiences in your:
love relationship
social life
financial life
quality of life

2. How do you want to grow?
The growth in your:
health and fitness
intellectual life
emotional life
spiritual life

3. How do you want to contribute?
In your:
career
character
family & parenting life
life vision
