Freddy Correa is a Las Vegas comedian. He has an awesome podcast called “Thanks for the Invite”. He is my number one supporter. He is the reason why Antisocial Butterfly exists. He is my best friend and I am very excited to have him on this episode! We are all being affected in some way by this pandemic so I was interested to learn how he was dealing with not being able to perform comedy. Entertainment is so easy for us to access. We fear boredom and reality so we distract ourselves with entertainment through news and social media. This does not help with anxiety or depression. It’s important to pause and disconnect and be alone in our thoughts. When is the last time you took that time for yourself?
