So I’m currently reading Don Miguel Ruiz Jr’s “the mastery of self” and he talks about the cycle of automatic and how some of us hold onto the person that we knew for years and when we see them again, that’s the image we have of them not taking into consideration that they may have changed. This is short, but hopefully it hits home for some of you struggling with wanting to change.
