Blues writer Brian Dick is thrilled to present to you all an exclusive interview with new Blues boss Garry Monk.
The 39-year-old took time out from a hectic international break to speak to us from his office at a sunny Wast Hills where he discussed his first couple of weeks in the job and how he is desperate to take the club forward.

He detailed the work he has done with the players on the pitch - and the things he's been doing off it to lift the mood of not just the players but the people in all the departments at Wast Hills.

He once again emphasised the connection between the team and the supporters and there's a couple of nice anecdotes about a team bonding session during which staff and players went go-karting.
