3 Goals I am ”Letting Go” Before the New Year
A huge thank-you to the Georgia Straight for ranking the "Voted Least Likely" Podcast as the 3rd best podcast in the BOV 2023 Awards! I am so honoured to have this show recognized. Thank-you to everyone who voted, together we can make others feel less alone on their journey.
If you're like me, you LOVE setting big goals at the beginning of the year. ps: I love this about us:)
The problem is, if you set your sights TOO HIGH and consistently don't reach your goals, you can end up losing confidence.
Learning to trust yourself by doing what you say you will do, builds self-worth.
After revisiting the dreams I wrote down in January, I've had to come to terms with the truth: I'm not going to reach some of them.
So, instead of telling you to push HARDER for the last stretch of 2023, I'm sharing three goals that I DIDN'T reach, and how I am reframing these "failures" before setting intentions in the new year.
