Movement Specialist Hazel Boot was born in Geraldine and grew up in Peel Forest in South Canterbury. She currently lives in Christchurch, New Zealand with her partner Gemma.

Hazel has 10 years of experience in corporate health and movement consulting. She currently works as a health consultant, structural integrator and movement specialist at Mind in Movement in Christchurch. She teaches movement to corporations and individuals. She also works one on one with those looking to recover and enhance their movement capabilities.
