In this episode Aunty Lou talks to Mark Thompson, as he  shares his experiences growing up as a young black gay man in London.  He talks about his family background, early awareness of his sexuality, and challenges faced due to his HIV diagnosis. 

He also discussed his work in the HIV arena, his journey from volunteering to becoming a Lead Commissioner, and the importance of not feeling alone when diagnosed with HIV. 

Mark expressed his love for hip-hop and books, and emphasized the importance of global efforts in combating HIV, advocating for equity and justice.
