Episode 3's guest is Kelsea Costello. Kelsea is graduating next month with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. Last summer, Kelsea had the opportunity to intern with Southwest Airlines in Dallas, TX. The hiring process was no easy task, however, and required Kelsea to fly out from Indiana to Texas for the final stage of the interview.
