In today’s episode I share 20 ways to keep moving and exercising either indoors or outdoors when you are isolated during a pandemic.
NO matter where you live in the world as this podcast episode was recorded, you would have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the health and government directives to manage its spread. Isolation requirements mean limited options to spend time outdoors exercising and socialising.
But we all need to continue to nurture our health including our mental health during isolation. We need to be creative in how we exercise, spend time outdoors, and socialise whilst keeping physical distance from others and not taking any unnecessary risks that might result in injury and the need for medical assistance.
I’ve collected together some practical ideas to help you do this. These ideas will be useful at other times in your life too when you can’t go out as freely as you’d like to.
