Igama lamakhosikazi malibongwe.
Our third annual SABWiL Human Rights Court focuses on the Right to Education, section 29 of our South African Constitution, Act No. 108 of 1996. Our simulated court, held in December 2018, commemorates the signing of our supreme law on 10 December 1996 in Sharpeville, Soweto by the late Tata Madiba, Nelson Mandela. Aspiring litigators prepare heads of argument and appear to address our Justices who are seasoned in law practice.
